- Partner: Hong Kong Academy
- Project: Facilitate an 8-week interdisciplinary learning project for a group of 15 students to map their own neighbourhood and reflect on their newfound sense of community
- Result: Data published in the form of a mobile App with short stories and visuals, an illustrated map and a pop-up exhibition on the documentation process, which also featured as part of the City Programme at the annual Hong Kong Business of Design Week
- Result:100 audience, capacitated 500 eyeballs
“HONG KONG BOARD GAME
Hong Kong, 2019
- Partner: People On Board
- Project: Created a fun and educational board game to communicate lesser-known stories of 4 local neighbourhoods in Hong Kong and encourage urban exploration
- Result: 1 HK-themed board game created
MAPMYNEIGHBOURHOOD WITH LOCAL SCHOOLS

- Project: Facilitate two weekend cultural mapping workshops for secondary school students to identify and document tangible and intangible heritage in two neighbourhoods in Hong Kong
- Result: One-month pop-up exhibition of neighbourhood stories in the form of photographs, illustrations, maps and video clips at PMQ, a leading cultural venue in Hong Kong

- Partner: Shue Yan University
- Project: 2-weekend extracurricular module to guide 20 university students in their journey to map 40 traditional businesses in the central part of Hong Kong’s CBD
- Result: Illustrated map with 40 stories of DVRC Central
MAPPING PROJECT WITH COLLEGE STUDENTS
Yangon, Myanmar, 2017
- Partner: The Pre-collegiate Program of Yangon
- Project: 2-week extracurricular module to guide 20 PCP students in identifying and documenting tangible and intangible heritage in six neighbourhoods along the circular railway line in Yangon (Hledan, Insein, Alhone, Kyeemindaing, Mahlwagone, Tadagale)
- Result: iDiscover Yangon Circular Railway smartphone application and illustrated map
CULTURAL MAPPING FIELD SCHOOL IN BALI
Bali, Indonesia, 2016
- Partners: BPPI Indonesian Heritage Trust / Bali Kuna / Design School Kyoto University
- Project: 1-week summer field school to facilitate curative process for a selected group of local students, journalists and heritage enthusiasts to identify and document tangible and intangible heritage in Nyuh Kuning, a typical village in Bali highlighting the UNESCO listed Subak irrigation system
- Result: Walking itinerary in Nyuh Kuning in iDiscover – smartphone application and illustrated map
CULTURAL MAPPING COURSE MODULE

- Partner: Institute for Tourism Studies
- Project: 1-month extracurricular module for 40 graduate students in Heritage Management Degree Course at IFT to do a quick cultural mapping exercise in Taipa Village and St. Lazarus Quarter
- Result: Walking itinerary in Taipa Village and St. Lazarus Quarter in iDiscover – smartphone application and illustrated map
CULTURAL MAPPING TRAINING COURSE
Denpasar, Bali, 2014

- Partners: BPPI Indonesian Heritage Trust, Bali Kuna, Udayana University
- Project: Lead facilitator of 1-week curative process and training of trainers with 10 lecturers of local university and heritage NGO to identify and document tangible and intangible heritage in the spiritual capital of the island Bali
