Design and feasibility study for repurposing the dilapidated historic General Administration (GAW) building in Mawlamyine into government one-stop-shop service centre. Activities included analysis of historical significance of the property; preliminary designs for repurposing of the property for new use and a financial feasibility analysis for upgrading in three different development scenarios. The GAW Building will be renovated as part of ADB Technical Assistance to Mon State.
