We want to keep heritage alive for a VIBRANT & VIABLE URBAN FUTURE. We help to build the BUSINESS CASE for repurposing heritage buildings and revitalising historic districts. We work for governments, international organisations and developers to analyse and strategise how best to unlock the VALUE OF HERITAGE ASSETS in a contemporary urban context.

Our past projects included design and FEASIBILITY STUDIES for preservation of historic buildings, MANAGEMENT PLANS for UNESCO listed heritage districts and URBAN REGENERATION STRATEGIES for inner city neighbourhoods. We also worked on instruments to enable PPP’S IN HERITAGE PRESERVATION and IMPACT STUDIES to identify the longer term social and economic values of culture for the city and the community.
